LONGi Solar is seeking a driven BESS C&I sales professional to drive regional opportunities and meet ambitious sales targets in the energy storage market. You will build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and C&I customers, and identify solutions that fit customer needs.

The role requires strong technical understanding of BESS systems (battery, PCS, BMS, EMS) and proven ability to navigate full sales cycles, from lead generation to closing orders,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy or Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, technical sales or business development experience in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
• Experience in C&I BESS sales is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience working with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators.
• Track record of developing customers and closing commercial opportunities.

Mansioni

• Develop BESS C&I sales opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and C&I customers.
• Develop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell-in and sell-out activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable BESS solutions.
• Discuss key technical topics including battery systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, system sizing and application scenarios.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation and order closing.
• Coordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams.
• Provide market, customer and competitor feedback to support product and pricing strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
