LONGi Solar is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive BESS C&I opportunities across the region. You will manage distributors, installers, and system integrators, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to close commercial deals.

The role requires strong technical understanding of BESS and related systems, fluency in English and a local language, and willingness to travel within the region. A track record in energy storage sales is preferred.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of sales or business development in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
Experience in C&I BESS sales preferred.
Proven experience with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators.
Track record of developing customers and closing commercial opportunities.

Mansioni

Develop BESS C&I sales opportunities and achieve regional targets.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs and C&I customers.
Develop local sales channels and support partner sell-in/sell-out.
Identify customer needs and recommend BESS solutions.
Discuss technical topics: battery systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, sizing and scenarios.
Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to quotation, negotiation and order closing.
Coordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal.
Provide market, customer and competitor feedback for pricing strategy.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
