LONGi Solar Europe is seeking a seasoned BESS C&I sales professional to drive regional growth in Italy and neighboring markets. You will develop opportunities, manage distributors and system integrators, and close commercial deals.

The role requires a strong technical understanding of energy storage systems, excellent negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within the region, with fluency in English and local language.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in sales/BD in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
• Experience in C&I BESS sales preferred.
• Experience with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators.
• Track record of closing commercial opportunities.

Mansioni

• Develop BESS C&I sales opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and C&I customers.
• Develop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell-in and sell-out activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable BESS solutions.
• Discuss key technical topics including battery systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, system sizing and application scenarios.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation and order closing.
• Coordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams.
• Provide market, customer and competitor feedback to support product and pricing strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
