We’ve just closed an impressive seed round, and now we’re looking for a Business Development & Strategy Analyst to join our early team. You’ll work directly with the CEO, VP Sales, and VP Product to help shape the future of maritime innovation. This is not a back-office role — it’s a front-row seat to one of the most ambitious ventures in Europe.

What You’ll Do

• Dive deep into market analysis, uncovering opportunities and risks across global maritime, defense, and offshore industries.
• Build competitive benchmarks, mapping emerging players and technologies.
• Support the team in crafting commercial offers, including financial modeling and business cases.
• Collaborate with leadership on business development activities, from client meetings to proposal preparation.
• Help shape Mirai’s strategic direction by turning raw data into actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

• A sharp analytical mind with a passion for turning research and numbers into business decisions.
• Early experience in consulting, investment, or business development (internships and junior roles count).
• Previous experience in top tier strategy consulting firm.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Italian or other languages are a plus.
• Curiosity about technology, AI, and the ocean economy.
