Our client specializes in the manufacture of Load Banks. The Business Development Manager will have ownership, responsibility and management of the product within the region driving the continued success of the business through significant business development and ensuring a continued commitment to the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management and sale of the load bank product within the region.
  • Develop enhanced trading relationships with current customer base, manage and grow key accounts, direct customer base and specific sales channels to maximise growth opportunities.
  • Development of an in-country sales plan
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a marketing/promotional plan.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the sales channels and markets.
  • Collaborate, agree and implement pricing policy.
  • Provide regular reports outlining actual sales performance and forecasting future performance and trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in either an engineering or business-related discipline.
  • Substantial experience of business development or sales in an engineering, manufacturing, technical, capital equipment environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate past success in mission critical, rental equipment, capital equipment, OEM or packager environments.
