Louis Vuitton is seeking a Client Advisor in Italy. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, developing long-term client relationships, and achieving sales goals while upholding the brand standards.

Weekend availability and strong team collaboration are required, with English at B2 level and Excel familiarity emphasized. The position invites you to become a brand ambassador, proactively engaging clients and leveraging clienteling tools to promote loyalty in a luxury retail

Competenze

Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail.
Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
Availability to work on weekends.
Proficiency in English (B2); knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems.
