Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4+ years, or Associate’s Degree with 2+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ year of experience in customer service/operations.
• Professional proficiency in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing complex customer situations, escalations, or cross-functional processes.
• Experience analyzing operational data and applying insights to improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for complex customer inquiries and escalated issues.
• Manage transactions, quotations, orders, and follow-ups with accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
• Participate in projects, system implementations, and UAT activities.
• Support compliance with company policies and quality requirements.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support knowledge-sharing, onboarding, and training across the team.
