Bakelite in Solbiate Olona, Italy, is seeking a Customer Account Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract to be the link between customers and internal teams, driving a seamless order-to-delivery experience. You will manage orders, handle inquiries about orders and deliveries, and build strong relationships through proactive communication.

Proficiency in German and English is essential, and SAP/ERP and Excel experience is a plus.

Competenze

Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Languages, or a related discipline is an advantage.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
SAP or ERP experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and order status.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Support issue resolution and identify solutions to meet customer needs.
Maintain customer data and support customer onboarding activities.
Provide customers with updates on deliveries, forecasts, and supply-related matters.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team success.
