Bakelite GmbH in Solbiate, Italy is seeking a Customer Account Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will link customers with internal teams to deliver seamless order-to-delivery experiences while driving customer satisfaction and business success.

Role requires fluent German and English, experience in customer service or supply chain, and strong communication and organizational skills. SAP/ERP experience and Excel skills are advantageous.

Competenze

• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Order Management or Supply Chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related discipline is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and order status.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Support issue resolution and identify solutions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain customer data and support onboarding activities.
• Provide customers with updates on deliveries, forecasts and supply-related matters.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team success.
