Bakelite GmbH in Solbiate, Italy is seeking a Customer Account Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will link customers with internal teams to deliver seamless order-to-delivery experiences while driving customer satisfaction and business success.

Role requires fluent German and English, experience in customer service or supply chain, and strong communication and organizational skills. SAP/ERP experience and Excel skills are advantageous.

• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Order Management or Supply Chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related discipline is an advantage.

• Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Customer Account Specialist (12 months fixed term contract)

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships? We are looking for a Customer Account Specialist to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience while contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and order status

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken is a must
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a similar field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Languages, or a related discipline is an advantage
• Strong communicationand relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• SAP or ERP experience is an advantage
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
