Shopfully S.p.A. is seeking an Accounting Specialist, Accounts Receivable to manage receivables across our European operations. You will invoice accurately, monitor customer accounts, drive collections, and resolve billing issues while coordinating with Sales, Account Management, and Finance.

The role requires German fluency and strong English communication, with a hybrid work model in a rapidly growing multinational environment. Prior experience with NetSuite is a plus.

Competenze

• German language fluency required (written and spoken).
• Strong English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or credit & collections.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage the collection process for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts with timely payments.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and identify overdue balances.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Finance to resolve customer payments.
• Support month-end close activities related to AR and billing.
