team.blue is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our Italian brands as a key finance partner. You will manage the full accounting cycle, post invoices, process payments, and support month-end closing in a dynamic, international environment.

This fully remote, 12-month fixed-term role requires hands-on Excel skills, English proficiency, and 2+ years in similar roles. Experience with Italian VAT and external tax advisors is a plus, as is familiarity with Oracle NetSuite.

Mansioni

Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of the full accounting cycle, including invoice posting, payments processing, and reconciliations.
Posting Italian passive invoices and reviewing the registration of foreign passive invoices.
Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Tax compliance duties, including VAT returns, tax filings, and liaising with external consultants and tax advisors.
Managing treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring, bank account management, and payments execution.
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes by providing reliable financial data and insights.
Supporting group-wide projects and initiatives (e.g. ERP system, new tools).
Collaborating across functions and countries within the group on finance-related matters.
