team.blue is seeking an Accounting Specialist to become the key finance partner for its Italian brands. You will oversee Italian accounting cycles, VAT, payments, and treasury while liaising with local and international stakeholders.

This is a fully remote, 12-month fixed-term opportunity. The role requires strong Excel, experience with Italian companies, and English proficiency; familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite is a plus.

• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation.

Mansioni

• Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of the full accounting cycle, including invoice posting, payments processing, and reconciliations.
• Posting Italian passive invoices and reviewing the registration of foreign passive invoices.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Tax compliance duties, including VAT returns, tax filings, and liaising with external consultants and tax advisors.
• Managing treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring, bank account management, and payments execution.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes by providing reliable financial data and insights.
• Supporting group-wide projects and initiatives (e.g. ERP system, new tools).
• Collaborating across functions and countries within the group on finance-related matters.
