WonderWhereToStay is seeking a creative, proactive Back Office Representative for our Rome office. You will join a tight-knit team focused on excellent service, handling back-office admin and customer communication for an international clientele.

The role requires Italian/English bilingualism, weekend availability, and strong content editing skills. Tourism experience in Italy or abroad is a plus; proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook is expected.

Competenze

• Bilingual Italian/English required; additional languages a plus.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent content editing skills are essential.
• Experience in tourism in Italy and/or abroad is a plus.
• Strong communication, service orientation, and hands-on problem-solving attitude.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
