WonderWhereToStay in Rome is seeking a creative, proactive back office representative for our central Rome office. The role combines back-office administration with customer service, engaging with our international guest base.

The ideal candidate is perfectly bilingual Italian/English, available on weekends and public holidays, and proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook. Prior tourism experience is a plus; you will join a tight-knit team that values excellence.

Competenze

For our office in the center of Rome, we are currently looking for a creative, proactive, and well-organized Back Office Representative.

We are currently hiring for the afternoon shift and are seeking a candidate who:

• Is perfectly bilingual Italian/English, any further languages are a plus
• Is available to work on weekends and public holidays
• Has excellent skills in content editing
• Ideally, has some previous experience from working in tourism in Italy and/or abroad
• Is communicative, service-oriented, and with a hands-on mentality in any situation
• Has good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
