WonderWhereToStay in Rome is seeking a creative, proactive back office representative for our central Rome office. The role combines back-office administration with customer service, engaging with our international guest base.

The ideal candidate is perfectly bilingual Italian/English, available on weekends and public holidays, and proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook. Prior tourism experience is a plus; you will join a tight-knit team that values excellence.

Competenze

• Bilingual Italian/English; additional languages a plus.
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent content editing skills.
• Experience in tourism in Italy or abroad preferred.
• Good communication and service orientation; hands-on attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
