Inside Out Italy is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional for the Rome-based role of Customer Service Account Support. You will handle customer and partner inquiries, manage bookings, and coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure a smooth guest journey.

Fluent English is mandatory; additional European languages are highly valued. The position requires at least 1 year in tourism CS and familiarity with tour operators and partner communications.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of proven professional experience in Customer Service within the tourism industry.
• Not an entry-level position; requires existing tourism sector knowledge.
• Experience with tour operators and dealing with customers, bookings and travel-related requests is preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage customer and partner enquiries via email, phone and chat.
• Provide accurate, timely information regarding bookings, itineraries and tickets.
• Take ownership of customer requests from initial contact to resolution.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and service quality.
• Support booking management and coordinate with the Ticketing team.
• Assist OTAs, travel agencies and other business partners with requests and issues.
• Monitor feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements.
