WonderWhereToStay in Rome is seeking a creative, proactive Back-Office Representative to join our tight-knit team. You will support our back-office and guest-relations operations by managing reservations across booking platforms, handling pre-arrival and in-stay communications, and coordinating with our on-site team in Rome.

The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in Italian and English, writes clearly in both languages, and has experience in hospitality or content editing.

Competenze

• Bilingual Italian and English fluency required; extra languages a plus.
• Clear and accurate writing in both languages with attention to guest communications.
• Experience in tourism or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communicative, service-oriented, hands-on mindset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in content editing and basic accounting or property management software is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support back-office and guest-relations operations.
• Manage reservations across booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and others).
• Handle pre-arrival and in-stay guest communications.
• Keep property listings and descriptions up to date.
• Coordinate with on-site team.
