CIP Terra Technologies IT S.R.L is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of Italy-based BESS projects, overseeing from pre-construction through commissioning while ensuring safety, budget, and quality. The role demands coordination with EPCs, suppliers, and Owners' Engineers to protect project value.

The successful candidate brings a degree in engineering or related field and proven construction PM experience, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, science, engineering or a similar field.
• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy construction projects.
• Manage site activities, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and permitting teams to align construction schedules and deliverables.
• Contract management of the agreement in place during the construction execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines using project management tools and reporting systems.
• On a weekly basis, conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, grid connection requirements, and environmental obligations.
