Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure? If so, CIP Terra Europe is currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy.

The Construction Project Manager will join an experienced team within CIP Terra Europe responsible for delivering the construction of renewable energy projects across Europe. The role reports to the CIP Terra EPC Director, with reference points into CIP's Investment Team.

Role

The Construction Project Manager will play a key role in delivering CIP Terra's BESS projects in Italy, ensuring the successful execution of the company's construction strategy across the portfolio. The role will oversee all phases of project delivery, from pre-construction planning, secondary permits, through to commissioning and handover, with a particular focus on supporting the development and construction of utility-scale BESS assets.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy construction projects
• Manage site activities, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and permitting teams to align construction schedules and deliverables
• Contract management of the agreement in place during the construction execution
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines using project management tools and reporting systems
• On a weekly basis, conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, grid connection requirements, and environmental obligations

You

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, science, engineering or a similar field, with proven experience in construction project management.
