PropertyTalents is seeking a Project Manager – Construction & Renewables based in Milan to lead industrial and logistics construction projects and drive energy initiatives, especially PV and BESS. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate designers and contractors, and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires site presence, strong technical oversight and travel to Northern Italy projects. A technical degree and proven PM delivery experience are essential.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian and at least an intermediate level of English.
• Solid experience in managing and delivering construction projects.
• Exposure to photovoltaic and/or battery energy storage projects is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage industrial and logistics construction projects from planning through handover.
• Oversee site activities, coordinating contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, architects and consultants on technical solutions.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets and progress reporting for risk management.
• Coordinate procurement and negotiations with suppliers, contractors and technical partners.
• Lead installation, connection and commissioning of photovoltaic systems across the portfolio.
• Support development and delivery of BESS projects with involved specialists.
• Coordinate permitting and grid connection processes for PV and BESS projects.
• Manage interfaces with grid operators and other stakeholders on energisation.
• Monitor risks and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with standards.
