Field Energy in Italy seeks a Construction Lead to manage transmission-connected BESS projects from pre-construction through commissioning. This role emphasizes leading delivery across planning, design, construction, and handover to Operations within Field Energy's growing Italian team.

You will report to the Direttore Tecnico and collaborate with internal engineers, BoP contractors, BESS suppliers, and the TSO. Prior energy storage and grid experience in Italy is highly valued.

Competenze

• Strong project delivery background and significant experience in delivering grid-connected energy projects in Italy, particularly at transmission level.

Mansioni

• Managing the pre-construction phase of the project (following end of the planning & development phase, or following the acquisition of a RTB Asset).
