CIP Terra Europe, Milan, Italy, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead renewable energy construction projects, with a focus on BESS assets. You will oversee all phases from pre-construction planning to commissioning and handover, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and permitting.

Competenze

Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, science, engineering or a similar field.
Proven experience in construction project management.

Mansioni

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy construction projects.
Manage site activities, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure safety and quality.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and permitting teams to align schedules.
Oversee contract management during construction execution.
Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines using project management tools.
Conduct weekly site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and grid connection requirements.
