Field Energy is seeking a Construction Lead to manage transmission-connected BESS projects through pre-construction, detailed design, construction and commissioning in Italy. You will report to the Direttore Tecnico and work with Project Engineers, BoP Contractors, BESS Suppliers and the TSO.

You should have a strong project delivery background and 5–8 years of experience delivering grid-connected energy projects in Italy, with BESS experience beneficial.

Competenze

• Engineering master's degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• 5–8 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience delivering at least 2 TSO-connected renewable energy projects or BESS to COD.

Mansioni

• Lead pre-construction activities and drive project readiness.
• Oversee construction phase to meet time, quality and budget targets.
• Manage contracts with BESS supplier, BoP/EPC contractor, TSO and others.
• Develop and maintain project master programme and risk register.
• Line management responsibilities for other project team members.
