Greentalent is seeking an Execution Project Manager to oversee photovoltaic construction projects across Italy. You will manage the full lifecycle from pre-construction to commissioning and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strict safety compliance.

The role requires a degree in engineering, a proven PM track record in PV plant construction, and the ability to lead teams, suppliers, and contractors while operating across diverse sites in Italy.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering.
• Proven project management track record in PV plant construction.
• Strong expertise in contractor, supplier, and site activity management.
• Autonomous and adaptable to lean, dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel across Italy.

Mansioni

• Manage post-authorization PV lifecycle from engineering to operations.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Monitor permits and engage with authorities and suppliers for approvals.
• Enforce health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Source, select, and manage subcontractors and suppliers, supporting negotiations.
• Identify risks early and mitigate to prevent delays and overruns.
• Monitor financial performance and deliver weekly/monthly updates.
