Field operates in Italy with an expanding team and is focused on developing and constructing energy storage assets. The role centers on managing transmission-connected BESS projects through pre-construction, design, construction, commissioning and handover to Operations.

You will report to the Direttore Tecnico and collaborate with in-house engineers, BoP contractors, BESS suppliers and the TSO, supported by health, safety, grid compliance, planning, procurement, and contracts specialists.

Competenze

• Engineering master's degree or similar technical qualification.
• 5-8 years of experience in similar roles.
• Delivered at least 2 TSO-connected renewable energy projects or BESS to end of construction for IPP/EPC contractor.
• Experience line-managing and developing other project managers.
• Project-management certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2) are a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead the pre-construction phase and drive Final Investment Decision (FID).
• Oversee construction to meet time, quality and budget targets while ensuring safety.
• Coordinate commissioning and energisation plans and align with commercial operations.
• Manage internal/external stakeholders and multiple contracts; maintain project documentation quality.
