Descrizione del lavoro

Field operates in Italy with an expanding team and is focused on developing and constructing energy storage assets. The role centers on managing transmission-connected BESS projects through pre-construction, design, construction, commissioning and handover to Operations.

You will report to the Direttore Tecnico and collaborate with in-house engineers, BoP contractors, BESS suppliers and the TSO, supported by health, safety, grid compliance, planning, procurement, and contracts specialists.

Competenze

Engineering master's degree or similar technical qualification.
5-8 years of experience in similar roles.
Delivered at least 2 TSO-connected renewable energy projects or BESS to end of construction for IPP/EPC contractor.
Experience line-managing and developing other project managers.
Project-management certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2) are a plus.

Mansioni

Lead the pre-construction phase and drive Final Investment Decision (FID).
Oversee construction to meet time, quality and budget targets while ensuring safety.
Coordinate commissioning and energisation plans and align with commercial operations.
Manage internal/external stakeholders and multiple contracts; maintain project documentation quality.
