Sephora in Trento is hiring a Specialist to join our team. You will lead daily store operations, monitor KPIs, and manage a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. English proficiency, a passion for beauty, and previous retail leadership will help you excel.

You will train staff, coordinate omnichannel services, and ensure quality standards across makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection while supporting store strategy and stock management.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience in similar supervisory roles within retail.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis and daily reporting.
• Business orientation and goal-driven attitude.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Strong relationship management abilities.
• Analytical and reporting skills.

Mansioni

• Manage and monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs and omnichannel services.
• Monitor team performances and define corrective actions.
• Lead department team and develop member skills and talents.
• Ensure quality standards for makeup, skincare, fragrance and Sephora Collection.
• Provide training on technical skills and resolve disputes.
• Inform the team through briefings about results and objectives.
• Ensure customer journey standards and compliant procedures.
• Organize and plan the Booxi platform and coordinate store activities.
• Support Managers in daily activities and contribute to store commercial and HR strategy.
• Manage stockroom and maintain optimal stock levels per replenishment cycles.
