Job summary

Sencare is seeking its first BDR Intern to kickstart the outbound engine, start real conversations, and book meaningful meetings with potential partners and stakeholders. You’ll work closely with the founders and see the direct impact of your work.

You’ll identify leads, reach out via email, LinkedIn and phone, and learn to test ICPs, messaging, and outbound sequences while tracking everything in a CRM. Italian and English proficiency is essential, and ambition to build is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and clear communication.
• Excellent conversational skills and insight discovery.
• Resilience and handling rejection.
• Fluent Italian with good English (written and spoken).
• Ambition to build, not just execute tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads via LinkedIn, AI tools, GMB, and other smart tools.
• Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Start real conversations - not spam.
• Book qualified meetings for the co-founders.
• Learn how to test ICPs, messaging, and outbound sequences.
• Track everything in CRM.
