Sencare is seeking its first BDR Intern to kickstart the outbound engine, connect with potential partners, and set up meaningful meetings for the founders. You’ll work directly with the co-founders, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving AI-driven health-tech startup.

The role offers a six-month paid internship with mentorship, exposure to ICP testing, and a chance to grow into a future opportunity within the company. Flexible hybrid work with an office in Milano is provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Italian and good level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong writing and clear communication skills.
• Ambition to build, not just execute tasks.
• Ability to identify leads and conduct outreach.

Responsabilités

• Identify leads via LinkedIn, AI tools, GMB, and other smart tools.
• Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified meetings for the co-founders.
• Learn testing ICPs, messaging, and outbound sequences.
• Track all activity in the CRM.
