Job summary

Kontai is seeking a BD Representative Intern to kickstart our outbound engine, start real conversations and book meaningful meetings with potential partners and stakeholders.

You’ll work closely with Kontai co-founders to see the direct impact of your work, with no fluff or bureaucracy—just pure execution and growth.

This six-month internship includes €1,000 gross per month, flexible hours, partial remote work, and mentorship on tools and outbound processes.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and clear communication skills.
• Ability to engage in conversations and extract insights.
• Proficiency in Italian and good English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Identify leads via LinkedIn, Crono, GMB and other tools.
• Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified meetings for the co-founders.
• Learn ICPs, messaging and outbound sequences.
• Track activities in HubSpot.
