LONGi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer to oversee the full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale battery energy storage projects across sites in Italy. You will manage project handover from sales, coordinate with EPCs, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensure technical delivery meets grid and safety standards.

The role requires 5–10 years in renewable energy or power infrastructure, strong project management, and travel to project sites.

Competenze

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering or related field.
5–10 years experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
Strong understanding of grid integration, power systems, energy management systems, and high‑voltage systems.

Mansioni

Handover projects from Sales/Presales after commercial closure and align execution strategy.
Manage full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects with EPCs, integrators, and suppliers.
Oversee commissioning, grid integration, and grid compliance testing for plant handover to operations.
Coordinate post-commissioning support and long-term service plans.
Act as primary technical liaison between customers, EPCs, OEMs, and internal teams.
