Longi Solar in Italy seeks a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer to lead technical delivery, commissioning and O&M support for utility-scale battery energy storage projects. You will coordinate with EPCs, grid operators, and customers to ensure design compliance, schedules and safety standards.

You will develop commissioning plans, supervise BESS integration, and provide ongoing maintenance guidance post COD, with travel to project sites as required.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Certifications to work on site.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, Energy management systems, High-voltage systems, HSE.

Mansioni

• Project handover from Sales / Presales after contract signing and review of proposals and scope.
• Manage full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects and coordinate with EPCs and suppliers.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans and perform commissioning for BESS components and grid integration.
• Provide O&M service after COD, perform preventive/corrective maintenance and support remote operations.
