Longi Solar in Italy seeks a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer to manage lifecycle delivery of utility-scale battery energy storage projects. You will oversee handover from sales, coordinate commissioning with EPCs and suppliers, and ensure grid integration and safety standards are met.

You will provide O&M support after COD, perform remote operations, inspections and RAMS updates, and travel to project sites as needed to ensure successful project delivery and long-term performance.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Necessary Certifications to work on site.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.

Mansioni

• Take over BESS projects from sales/presales after contract signing.
• Review proposals, system configurations and service scope; confirm design and requirements.
• Develop commissioning plans and execute commissioning for BESS, BMS, PCS, EMS and MV transformer.
• Coordinate with EPCs, integrators and suppliers to ensure safety, specs and timely delivery.
• Provide O&M services, remote support, inspections, diagnostics and RAMS documentation.
