Longi Solar is seeking an experienced BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to manage the technical delivery, commissioning and ongoing O&M support for large-scale energy storage projects in Italy. You will coordinate with EPCs, grid operators and project stakeholders to ensure design conformance, safety and on-time delivery.

The role covers project handover, commissioning plans, grid integration testing, and post-commercial operation support, with travel to multiple project sites as

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Certifications to work on site are required.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, Energy management systems, High-voltage systems, HSE.

Mansioni

• Project handover from Sales / Presales after contract signing and review of proposals, scope, and schedules.
• Project commissioning planning and execution, coordinating with EPC, integrators, and equipment suppliers.
• Commissioning and grid integration, developing procedures, testing BESS, BMS, PCS, EMS, MV transformer, SAT; ensure handover to operations.
• Operations & Maintenance service management, preventive and corrective maintenance, remote operations, site inspections, RAMS, and support for upgrades.
