LONGi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer to lead the execution and lifecycle support of large-scale battery energy storage projects in Lombardy. You will manage technical delivery, commissioning and ongoing operations across multiple sites.

The role requires 5–10 years in utility-scale energy projects, with strong grid, HV, and energy management knowledge. Occasional travel to project sites is expected as part of project delivery.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or Energy Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar+storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Solid understanding of grid integration and high-voltage systems.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of project handover from Sales/Presales.
• Manage full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.
• Oversee commissioning and grid integration.
• Provide post-commissioning operations support and service management.
