LONGi Solar seeks a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer for utility-scale projects to lead technical delivery, commissioning, and operational support across the full lifecycle of large-scale battery energy storage systems.

The role focuses on project handover from Sales/Presales, coordinating with EPCs, OEMs, and customers, and ensuring grid compliance and safety standards. Based in Italy, some travel to project sites is expected.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of grid integration, power systems and energy management.
• Ability to travel to project sites.

Mansioni

• Oversee project handover from Sales/Presales after contract closure.
• Manage full lifecycle delivery and coordination with EPCs, integrators and suppliers.
• Coordinate commissioning and grid integration, including energization and testing.
• Provide post-commissioning support and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure clear, aligned communication across teams.
