LONGi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to manage the technical delivery, commissioning, and ongoing operations for large-scale energy storage projects in Italy.

You will coordinate with EPC contractors, grid operators, and project stakeholders to ensure design alignment, meet milestones, and deliver robust O&M support after COD, including preventive and corrective maintenance and on-site certifications.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Certifications to work on site.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, Energy management systems, High-voltage systems, HSE

Mansioni

• Project handover from Sales / Presales and review of proposals, system configurations, and service scope.
• Manage full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects with EPC coordination.
• Develop commissioning plans and perform tests for BESS, BMS, PCS, EMS, and MV transformer.
• Provide O&M service, preventive and corrective maintenance, and support commissioning/upgrades.
