LONGi Solar in Italy is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer to lead the technical delivery, commissioning, and ongoing support of utility-scale energy storage projects.

You will manage handover from sales, coordinate with EPCs and OEMs, oversee grid integration and safety, and ensure on-time delivery across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering and 5–10 years of experience in large-scale renewable energy, with travel to project sites expected.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.

Mansioni

• Project Handover from Sales / Presales: Take ownership after commercial contract closure and align with customers and internal teams on execution strategy.
• Project Execution & Delivery: Manage full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects, coordinate with EPCs, integrators, and suppliers, track milestones.
• Commissioning & Grid Integration: Oversee commissioning, grid compliance testing, performance testing and system integration.
• Operations Support & Service Management: Coordinate post-commissioning support and preventive maintenance; monitor performance and troubleshoot.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as primary technical contact between customers, EPC contractors, OEM suppliers and internal teams.
