Longi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to lead execution, commissioning, and long-term O&M support for large-scale energy storage projects in Italy. You will coordinate with EPCs, grid operators and customers to ensure design conformance, safety and milestone achievement.

The role covers project handover, commissioning planning, grid integration testing, and remote maintenance activities, with travel to sites required and strong emphasis on HSE and quality

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Certifications to work on site are required.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure is preferred.
• Strong understanding of grid integration and high-voltage systems.

Mansioni

• Lead project handover from sales/presales and confirm system design and scope with stakeholders.
• Plan and execute commissioning, ensure safety, performance, and grid compliance.
• Coordinate with EPCs, integrators and suppliers for installation and SAT activities.
• Provide O&M guidance, preventive/corrective maintenance, and RAMS documentation.
