Oberalp Group in Bolzano is seeking a Customer Operations specialist to manage B2B orders from entry to after-sales service and to be the main daily contact for retailers. You will coordinate with logistics, credit and invoicing teams to ensure smooth order handling and timely deliveries.

The role requires excellent French, very good English, and additional Italian or German is a plus, with 2+ years in customer support or related admin roles and strong Excel skills.

Competenze

• Excellent French and very good English; Italian or German a plus.
• At least 2 years in customer support, logistics or admin.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel) and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Process and manage sales orders in ERP, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Serve as main daily contact for clients and sales teams (pre- and post-sales).
• Coordinate with logistics, credit management, and invoicing teams.
• Handle customer inquiries, order status updates, and claims.
• Support sales activities: campaigns, offers, reporting, and analysis.
• Provide support on ERP, B2B portal, and EDI.
