Oberalp Group Spa, located in Bolzano, is seeking an IT Business Process Partner in Supply Chain to enhance its digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will drive process optimization and support ERP system implementation, acting as a liaison between IT and functional areas.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in business administration and have over 5 years of experience in ERP projects, with capabilities in process modeling and stakeholder engagement.

Compensation includes a gross annual salary range of €40,000 - €50,000 plus a target bonus. Join a dynamic international team!

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Product Division and Supply Chain business processes.
• Proactive and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Analyze, optimize and manage end-to-end processes within Product Divisions & Supply Chain.
• Support the ERP implementation project and manage business changes.
• Collaborate with Process Owners to identify and implement improvements.

Conoscenze

End-to-end ERP implementation experience

Business process reengineering

Process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)

Fluent in English and Italian or German

Strong problem-solving skills

Formazione

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or related field
