Oberalp is seeking an experienced IT Senior Business Process Partner to drive digital transformation in Bolzano. You will bridge IT and business units, align processes with digital solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives across international functions.

Role requires 10+ years in transformation or BPM, strong ERP knowledge (Dynamics/Navision), and fluency in English with Italian or German. Based in Bolzano, you’ll join a team of experts in a globally active company.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in business transformation initiatives, or business process management within international environment.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving transformation initiatives in matrix organizations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision.
• Leadership attitude with the ability to coordinate activities and foster accountability.
• Fluent in English and either Italian or German.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bolzano.

Mansioni

• Contribute to governance and execution of the digital transformation agenda across multiple functions.
• Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional initiatives related to projects' implementation and process harmonization.
• Analyze and challenge existing business processes for standardization and improvement.
• Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with international stakeholders.
• Ensure successful execution of project activities including planning, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Promote user adoption and organizational readiness across departments.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and drive mitigation actions.
• Coordinate internal and external resources involved in transformation initiatives.
• Act as a change agent influencing stakeholders across functions.
