Oberalp Group cerca un IT Business Process Partner - Supply Chain per supportare la trasformazione digitale e guidare l’implementazione del nuovo ERP. Laurea in economia/ingegneria, 5+ anni in progetti ERP e una forte conoscenza di Supply Chain sono richieste.

Si richiede fluente inglese e disponibilità a trasferirsi o risiedere a Bolzano. Saranno valorizzate competenze in modellazione dei processi, gestione cambiamenti e capacità di lavorare con stakeholders a diversi livelli.

Competenze

• 5+ anni di esperienze in progetti ERP end-to-end e reengineering di processi aziendali.
• Preferibilmente con Business Central o Navision e conoscenze di Supply Chain.
• Capacità di tradurre esigenze di business in requisiti chiari e soluzioni operative.

Mansioni

• Analizzare, ottimizzare e gestire processi end-to-end nelle Divisioni Prodotto e Supply Chain.
• Supportare il progetto di implementazione ERP gestendo requisiti di cambiamento e sviluppi software.
• Assicurare che i processi ERP siano ottimizzati, conformi e pienamente adottati dagli utenti finali.
• Collaborare con i Process Owner per identificare e implementare opportunità di miglioramento.
• Mappare processi attuali e futuri e promuovere una cultura orientata ai processi.
• Assicurare che le soluzioni siano testate, adottate e supportate dagli utenti chiave, fornendo formazione.
• Agire da agente di cambiamento influenzando gli stakeholder e guidando iniziative di trasformazione.

We are looking for a motivated IT Business Process Partner - Supply Chain to join our Group Business Processes & IT Department and support our digital transformation journey, with a key focus on the implementation of the new ERP system.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize and manage end-to-end processes within Product Divisions & Supply Chain.
• Support the ERP implementation project, managing business changes requirements and software developments.
• Ensure ERP processes are optimized, compliant, and fully adopted by end-users, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Process Owners to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Map current and future processes and organizational architecture, fostering a process-oriented culture.
• Ensure solutions are tested, adopted, and supported by end-users, supporting key users in providing training and guidance.
• Act as a change agent, influencing stakeholders across functions and driving business transformation initiatives.

Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects and business process reengineering, preferably with Business Central or Navision.
• Strong understanding of Product Division and Supply Chain business processes.
• Familiar with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio).
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
• Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with strong organizational, communication, and inter-personal skills.
• Confident appearance when engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent in English and either Italian or German.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bolzano.

Workplace: Bolzano, IT

Annual Gross Base Salary Range: 40.000 - 50.000 + additional target bonus of 5-10% of base salary.
