Experteer Italy is seeking a hands-on senior leader to drive Automation Engineering, Maintenance, and Internal Logistics across our manufacturing site. You will partner with Operations, Technology, Supply Chain, and Process Engineering to deliver sustainable safety, efficiency, and cost improvements.

Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, or related engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of management experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems and maintenance management.
- Experience with warehouse operations and supply chain coordination.
- Proven track record managing capital projects with budgeting and investments.
Mansioni
- Lead automation engineering strategy and project planning for new and existing assets.
- Manage capital investment plans and spending forecasts for automation.
- Oversee design, installation, commissioning, and optimization of automated production equipment.
- Drive maintenance excellence, TPM adoption, and maintenance digitalization initiatives.
- Lead Internal Logistics and Warehouse operations, optimizing material flow and layouts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Supply Chain to deliver integrated site outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors for projects.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, IATF, and plant management systems.
- Govern project documentation, change management, and progress reporting to leadership.
