Experteer Italy is seeking a hands-on senior leader to drive Automation Engineering, Maintenance, and Internal Logistics across our manufacturing site. You will partner with Operations, Technology, Supply Chain, and Process Engineering to deliver sustainable safety, efficiency, and cost improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, or related engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of management experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems and maintenance management.
• Experience with warehouse operations and supply chain coordination.
• Proven track record managing capital projects with budgeting and investments.

In this role you lead the Automation Engineering, Maintenance, and Internal Logistics functions to drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing. You partner with Operations, Technology, Supply Chain, and Process Engineering to deliver operational excellence, capital investments, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team and shape engineering, maintenance, and logistics strategies to improve productivity and reliability. This is a hands-on leader role focused on scalable process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
