ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions seeks a Logistics Lead Engineer in Mantova for a permanent, full-time role. You will lead major capital automation projects, overseeing design, installation, testing and handover while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 2+ years in automation projects, strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA/WMS/WCS, and fluency in English. An engineering degree and a proactive, Lean approach are essential for success.

Competenze

• Fluency in English is required; good Italian is a plus.
• Automation project experience with hands-on development, commissioning and implementation of automated warehousing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, automation controls (PLCs/SCADA/WMS/WCS) and digital manufacturing operations.
• University degree in Engineering (Logistics, Automation, Mechanical, Industrial).
• Experience applying Lean engineering methodologies to project results.

• Oversee design, planning, and execution of major capital investment projects on the manufacturing site.
• Provide expert technical assistance during commissioning and operation of automated warehouse systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management standards.
