Atlas Copco Group in Padova, Italy, seeks a Logistics Manager to oversee daily logistics for the Product Company and develop world-class facilities. You will drive digitalization, standardization, and agile operations while maintaining cost discipline and strong customer satisfaction across three divisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 5+ years of people leadership in manufacturing logistics, SAP/WMS experience, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or above.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing a growing team.
• Extensive end-to-end logistics and supply chain management experience.

Mansioni

• Be fully accountable for logistics operations of the Product Company in Padova.
• Deliver strategies and processes to achieve profitability and sustainability.
• Drive lean, safe, data-driven logistics with KPI benchmarking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Manufacturing, IT and Finance.
• Promote Safety First and Quality First culture across SHEQ.
