Amazon Italia Transport Srl in Milan and Italy is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to drive innovation, standardization, and expansion in the Amazon logistics network. You will manage the deployment of engineering solutions, including automation and MHE, across delivery stations in Europe as needed.

The role focuses on leading cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering efficient, scalable implementations.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.

Mansioni

Manage highly complex concurrent projects related to deploying engineering solutions in AMZL delivery stations.
Own a program or portfolio of projects including automation, MHE retrofits or other building improvements.
Lead the full project/program lifecycle from concept and budgeting to handover to stakeholders.
Handle phases of projects with resource allocation, capex and timelines constraints.
Interact with senior management to provide trade-off solutions for conflicts.
Identify inefficiencies and lead improvements with relevant teams.
