Amazon Italia Transport Srl - E54 is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to drive innovation, standardization and expansion in the Amazon logistics network. You will manage deployment projects including new launches, automated solutions, and MHE re-layouts across EU as needed.

The role requires leading end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating with senior stakeholders, and identifying process improvements in the AMZL network.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Willingness to travel 30-50%.

Mansioni

• Manage highly complex deployment projects in AMZL delivery stations.
• Own programs related to launches or retrofits of automation or MHE.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to handover.
• Handle project phases with resource, capex, and timeline constraints.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve trade-offs.
• Identify and drive improvements to processes and standards.
