SC Johnson in the Milan area is seeking a recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified Talent, build talent networks, and manage university relations to strengthen the employer brand.

You will lead sourcing strategies, manage interviews, and coordinate offers while contributing to regional and global TA initiatives, including D&I, referrals, and training. English plus another European language is required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday preferred.

In this role you drive end-to-end recruitment for SC Johnson in the EMEA region, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified Talent. You’ll shape sourcing strategies, build talent networks, and manage university relations to strengthen the employer brand. You’ll contribute to regional and global TA initiatives, including D&I, referrals, and training, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
